Crosscheck of JVET-AL0195 (Non-EE2: TIMD-BV extension with enhanced IntraTMP merge list)

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-AL0195, which proposes using block vectors for TIMD mode on top of the TIMD/TIMD-SAD mode. It is confirmed that the implementation matches the description of JVET-AL0195 and the partial results match those provided by the proponent.
