EE2-4.4: IntraNN NSPT set

Abstract
This contribution reports the results of EE2 Test 4.4, proposed in JVET-AK0214. The contribution proposes to use NSPT kernels from the second set of NSPT kernels for IntraNN-coded blocks and to increase the number of non-zero coefficients for several block shapes. The method was implemented on top of ECM-16.1 and the experimental results following CTC are reported as follows:
