This contribution reports the results of a combination of two proposals JVET-AI0140 “Non-EE2: On DIMD edge operators” and JVET-AI0148 “Non-EE2: Non-adjacent DIMD mode derivation for TMRL intra mode candidate list construction”. On top of ECM-13.0, the following BD-rate gain results and encoding/decoding runtimes are reportedly obtained {Y/U/V}: {-0.XX%, -0.XX%, -0.XX%} for AI configuration.
