This contribution proposes specification text changes to the neural-network post filter characteristics SEI message to specify that the post-processing filter associated with the syntax element nnpfc_id is a neural network specified with information in a user data registered by Rec. ITU-T T.35 SEI message syntax structure, as agreed in response to item 2.a.iii in JVET-AB0193 in the JVET meeting on Thursday 20 October 2022 and further considered in the BoG on neural-network post-filter characteristics SEI message on Friday 21 October 2022 (JVET-AB0244).
