In response to the request in 25th JVET meeting, this document reports the objective quality of applying the same deblocking filter parameter setting of VTM-16 to HM. In VTM, the deblocking filter control parameters BetaOffset_div2 and TcOffset_div2 are adjusted based on temporal layer. The same strategy and parameter are also introduced to HM.
