Crosscheck of JVET-W0082: AHG10: GOP-based RPR encoder control

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-checking results for JVET-W0082 “AHG10: GOP-based RPR encoder control”. In JVET-W0082, two adaptive control methods for RPR (Reference Picture Resampling) are proposed. All results have been matched the results provided in JVET-W0082.
