Crosscheck of JVET-W0067 (EE2-related: Implicit derivation of DIMD blend modes)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-W0067 [1], which proposes to implicitly derive the DIMD blend mode. The simulation results match with those provided in JVET-W0067.
