Crosscheck of JVET-U0065 (CE-3.4: Combination of CE-1.2 and CE-2.1)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results for CE-3.4 described in JVET-U0064[1], a proposed combination of modifications to the Rice parameter derivation in entropy coding for high bit depths. The simulation results give an exact match with those supplied by the proponents with the exception of encoder and decoder relative run-times which show variation of up to 20%.
