Crosscheck of JVET-T0093 (AHG12: On signalling for high-bit depth)

Abstract
In JVET-T0093, a new additional applicable condition of JCCR for high bit-depth coding is proposed. The cross-checker reports that the source code provided by KDDI who proposes JVET-T0093 has been carefully analyzed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-T0093. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-T0093. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-T0093 has been acceptable.
