Cross-check of JVET-R0076 (AHG9/AHG15: Chroma QP mapping table cleanups)

Abstract
This document provides a partial cross-check of the results presented in Section 2.4 of JVET-R0076-v3. The cross-check covers the proposal to modify the chroma QP mapping table specified for the AI, RA and LDB common test conditions. For simulations that are completed, it is reported that the results of the cross-checker match that of the authors provided in Section 2.4 of JVET-R0076-v3 and corresponding Excel files (excluding some negligible differences due to rounding in the RA configuration).
