Crosscheck of JVET-R0133 (AHG16: On Clipping values for Non-linear ALF)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck of JVET-R0133. JVET-R0133 contribution proposes to replace the clipping values in a form of “2N” to a form of “2N - 1”; Any clipping values are kept within 16 bits and can be derived by simple logical operation without the lookup table. The partial results confirm that cross-check results match with the proponent’s results.
