Crosscheck of JVET-R0223 (AHG16: On DMVR and wraparound motion compensation)

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-R0223 “AHG16: On DMVR and wraparound motion compensation” that proposed to apply regular clipping operation during DMVR motion search when wrap-around motion compensation is enabled. The simulation results perfectly matched with those provided by the proponent.
