Crosscheck of JVET-R0167 (Issue on LFNST index signalling condition)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results of the JVET-R0167 (Issue on LFNST index signalling condition) [1], which proposes to remove the checking of chroma transform_skip_flag in LFNST index signaling of luma block in single tree partition mode. The source code provided by the proponent was carefully analyzed and found to be consistent with the description in JVET-R0167. The cross-checker’s results matched with the results reported in JVET-R0167.
