JVET-R0340 Agenda and report of the category 2 AHG pre-meeting of the 18th JVET meeting [J.-R. Ohm, B. Bross, A. Segall, Y. Ye]

The category 2 AHG pre-meeting of the 18th JVET meeting, for addressing coding tool topics, mostly in the scopes of AHGs 2, 3, 6, 11, 14, 15 and 16, held teleconference meeting sessions on April 9 and April 14. Approximately 227 people attended the AHG pre-meeting, and approximately 45 input documents were discussed.

8. JVET-R0045 (cleanup) Cleanup for signalling of minimum QP of transform skip
9. JVET-R0049 (cleanup) Condition slice_ts_residual_coding_disabled_flag on sps_transform_skip_enabled_flag (method 3, also JVET-R0097)
10. JVET-R0166 (BF SW) Issue on chroma scaling matrix for 4:4:4 (method 1)
