AHG9: Cleanup of Picture Header Syntax Structure in Slice Header
Abstract
In the 17th JVET meeting in Brussels it was decided to adopt the possibility of including the picture header syntax structure in the slice header. The present contribution proposes refinements to the slice header, especially for the case when PH is included in the slice header. Namely it is proposed to condition the inclusion of following three syntax elements in slice header on the presence of picture header syntax structure in slice header:
