Crosscheck of JVET-Q0274 (MIP with fixed-length mode coding and memory reduction)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-checking results for JVET-Q0274 (MIP with fixed length coding and memory reduction). In this document, it is proposed to change the number of MIP-modes from 12 to 8 for MIP-sizeId=2. Thus, for MIPsizeId=2, 4 instead of 6 MIP matrices need to be stored in the proposed technology. Also, in the proposed technology, the MIP-mode can always be coded using a fixed length code instead of a truncated binary code.
