Crosscheck of JVET-Q0526 (CE4-related: GEO support for 4xN and Nx4 CU)

Abstract
This contribution presents a crosscheck report of JVET-Q0526 (GEO support for 4xN and Nx4 CU) method 2. In method 2, allows 64 partition modes and limits GEO to CU smaller than 128. The experimental result of tester match with those provided by proponents.
