Cross-check of JVET-Q0138 (Separate transform skip checking of Luma and Chroma for LFNST index signalling)

Abstract
This contribution contains a cross-check of proposal JVET-Q0138 from LGE entitled ‘Separate transform skip checking of Luma and Chroma for LFNST index signalling’. The source code was studied and found to match the proposal description (two methods described). The coding result matches the results reported by the proponent for each method (for method 2, two results not completed but otherwise matching).
