Crosscheck of JVET-Q0434 (Pre-Sample Adaptive Offset Filter)

Abstract
This is a cross-check report of the slice variant of JVET-Q0434 that classifies deblocked samples based on the difference between deblocked sample and sample before deblocking in comparison to a slice signalled threshold and signals corrections for respective components on a slice basis.
