Crosscheck of JVET-Q0146 (Simplified bypass coding of transform regular residual)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results of the JVET-Q0146 (Simplified bypass coding of transform regular residual) [1], which proposes two variants Method1) derivation of ZeroPos[n] in TSRC without QState dependency, and Method2) derivation of ZeroPos[n] in TSRC depending on intra block or not. The source code provided by the proponent was carefully analyzed and found to be consistent with the description in JVET-Q0146. The cross-checker’s results matched with the results reported in JVET-Q0146.
