Crosscheck of JVET-Q0107 (CE3-related: Flag-free Lossless Coding in VVC)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-check results of the JVET-Q0107 (CE3-related: Flag-free Lossless Coding in VVC) [1], which proposes to switch transform skip residual coding and regular residual coding for TS depending on QP value to improve coding efficiency in lossless coding. The source code provided by the proponent was carefully analyzed and found to be consistent with the description in JVET-Q0107. The cross-checker’s results matched with the results reported in JVET-Q0107.
