Abstract
The cross-checker reports that the source code provided by InterDigital who proposes JVET-Q00349 has been carefully analyzed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-Q0349. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-Q0349. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-Q0349 has been acceptable.
