Non-normative aspects for cleanup of DMVR specification and software

Abstract
Two non-normative improvements for the VVC draft 7 and one bugfix for VTM7.0 software have been proposed corresponding to the description and implementation of DMVR. Furthermore DMVR external memory access measurement results have been reported as information in response to the AhG request from previous meeting, which recommended fixing of a bug in the memory bandwidth measurement tool.
