Crosscheck of combined results of JVET-P0562 and CE7-1.3.b*

Abstract
This contribution reports the results of crosschecking of JVET-P0562 + CE7-1.3b*. JVET-P0562 proposes to use fixed Rice-parameter value for coding of abs_remainder of transform skip (TS) residual coding method. In this contribution, the combined results of CE7-1.3. b* and JVET-P0562 are crosschecked. Two fixed Rice-parameter values (RP = 1 and RP = 2) is tested. The crosscheck results are exactly matched with the results reported in JVET-P0562.
