Crosscheck of JVET-P0318 (Non-CE3: Context reduction for intra_luma_not_planar_flag)

Abstract
This contribution reports cross-check results of JVET-P0318 which is Non-CE3: Context reduction for intra_luma_not_planar_flag [1]. The simulation was conducted with VTM-6.0 under Common Test Conditions [2]. It was confirmed that the test results were matched with those proponents provided.
