Crosscheck of JVET-P0303 (Non-CE3: Removal of leaving out operation for 4×16 and 16×4 MIP blocks)

Abstract
This contribution reports a cross-checking of contribution JVET-P0303 related to matrix-based intra prediction (MIP). It is reported that the proposed schemes are implemented as described in JVET-P0303 and simulation results are matched with those provided by proponent.
