Crosscheck report of JVET-P0299

Abstract
This is crosscheck report for JVET-P0299. The software package was provided by the proponent and was studied. The software changes seem consistent with the description in JVET-P0299. It is a straightforward combination of CE5-2.1 and CE5-3.1.1 software. The changes were evaluated for JVET Common Test Condition (CTC) for SDR video, All-Intra (AI), Random Access (RA). Low Delay B (LDB), encoder configurations. It is reported that the R-D data generated by the crosschecker matches that provided by the proponent (till 4th decimal) for AI, RA, LDB configuration.
