Crosscheck of JVET-P0558 (CE5-related: Reduced filter shape for cross component adaptive loop filter)

Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-P0558 proposed by Qualcomm. JVET-P0558 proposes to apply a reduced filter shape with 13 coefficients and 13 taps for CCALF. The verification task for Test 5 in JVET-P0558 was done, and the BD-rate results match exactly with those in JVET-P0558.
