Crosscheck of JVET-P0355 (Non CE3: Simplified coding of chroma intra modes)

Abstract
In this contribution, the crosscheck results of JVET-P0355 are reported. The patch is provided by BBC. To verify, a simulation was carried out using the provided software. For the software, the code review was done. For simulation results for 1 tests, it’s confirmed that the BD-rate results match with those in JVET- P0355. And the encoding and decoding run time is similar.
