Crosscheck of CE6-2.2a and CE6-2.2d: An Orthogonality Analysis

Abstract
In this cross-check report, the orthogonality of 4x4, 8x4 and 4x8 LFNSTs proposed in CE6-2.2a and 8x8 LFNSTs in CE6-2.3a (used in CE6-2.2d test) are analyzed. In the analysis, an SNR metric is used to evaluate orthogonality, and SNR results for LFNSTs in VTM-6.0 are used as benchmarks.
