Abstract
In VVC draft 6, reference picture resampling was adopted and when the input picture is resampled the decoded (resampled) picture after cropping is output, so output pictures may have different sizes. In such case, the application may need to resample the output picture before displaying to have uniform picture size output. However, the resampling process is already supported by VVC decoder to resample reference pictures.
