AHG17: SEI message for MPEG-I Part 7 metadata

Abstract
This contribution requests JVET's opinion on having a single generic syntax structure containing any specific MPEG-I Part 7 metadata structure, where the generic syntax structure is specified in MPEG-I Part 7 in a manner that can be directly included in the syntax of an SEI message. If such a generic syntax structure is included in MPEG-I Part 7, the contribution proposes to have a single MPEG-I Part 7 SEI message in ISO/IEC 23002-7, rather than specifying separate SEI messages for each MPEG-I Part 7 metadata structure. The syntax and semantics of the MPEG-I Part 7 metadata SEI message are also proposed.
