Crosscheck report of JVET-O0166 (CE8-related: BDPCM for chroma)

Abstract
This document reports the crosscheck results of JVET-O0166 for single and dual tree coding TGM 720p and 1080p sequences under JCTVC-U1015 RGB test conditions. Full results were obtained for AI and RA configuration. Partial results was obtained (classes C and D) for LDB configuration. It is reported that the results available match those provided by the proponent for single and dual trees.
