The results of a cross-check of JVET-O0364-v1 is reported. It is reported that the cross-checker has conducted a cross-check of the bit-rates and the PSNRs reported for the AI and RA configurations, and the results obtained match the values reported by the proponent. The proposal JVET-O0364-v1 has propoesd six methods; four test configurations were crosschecked - Method 2, Method 3, Method 5 and combination of Methods 1 to 6. The The software implementation that was provided by the proponents to the cross-checkers was used for the cross-check. The cross-checker also tested Method 3 with software written by the cross-checker. The cross-checker verified the software implementation and reported that the implementation matches the description of the method provided in JVET-O0364-v1.
