It is reported that cross-check results of JVET-O0505. The cross checker reports that the source code provided by Ittiam who proposes JVET-O0505 has been analysed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-O0505. In JVET-O0505, it is tested that alternative BDOF early termination method. There are 2 sub-tests in JVET-O0505. Both the Test 1 and 2 use integer pixels for SAD calculation for early termination of BDOF in case that DMVR is not applied to the block. The difference between the Test 1 and 2 is 4x4 level early termination is used or not. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-O0505. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-O0505 is acceptable.
