Crosscheck of JVET-O0294: CE6-related: Context modelling for signalling MTS index

Abstract
This document reports the crosscheck summary for the methods and results in JVET-O0294 [1]. The source code provided by the proponents was verified to be consistent with the description in [1]. The rate-distortion performance was evaluated under common test conditions [2] and matches those provided in [1].
