Crosscheck of JVET-O0506 (Non-CE9: An improvement to extended predicted sample value derivation in BDOF)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-O0506 (Non-CE9: An improvement to extended predicted sample value derivation in BDOF). It is reported that all the BD-rate numbers match those provided by the proponent. Runtime characteristics of the cross-checked encoder and decoder also matches those provided by the proponent.
