Abstract
This contribution describes an update process to recovery point picture when IRAP or GRA_NUT is decoded in between a GRA picture with NoIncorrectPicOutputFlag equal to 1 and its associated recovery point picture in decoding order. In addition, it is proposed to allow signalling of non-negative recovery_poc_cnt values.
