Crosscheck of JVET-N0121 (Non-CE6: MTS simplification)

Abstract
This contribution reports a crosscheck results of JVET-N0121 on MTS simplification. No significant inconsistencies were found between the software implementation provided by the proponent and description of the algorithm described in JVET-N0121. Although the AI results matched with those provided by the proponent, RA and partial LB results were NOT matched with those provided by the proponent. This mismatch is being analyzed and to be fixed in consultation with the proponent.
