Crosscheck of JVET-N0410 (CE1-related: Simplification of LIC parameter derivation and its unification with CCLM)

Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking Test 2 in JVET-N0410 proposed by Huawei. In Test 2, the CCLM is modified by the proposed method without modification to the reference LIC method. The verification task has been completed. It is found that the BD bitrate results match exactly with the partial results reported in JVET-N0410.
