Crosscheck of JVET-N0524 (Non-CE3: Modified beta derivation in CCLM)

Abstract
This cross-check contribution reports that that the source code provided by SONY who proposes JVET-N0524 has been carefully analysed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-N0524. In JVET-N0524, Modified beta derivation in CCLM is proposed and AI/RA conditions are tested. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-N0524. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-N0524 is acceptable.
