Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-N0304 proposed by Technicolor. JVET-N0304 proposes to combine LIC and post-reconstruction filtering in mutual exclusive way. The verification task was done, and the BD-rate results match exactly with those in JVET-N0304.
