CE9-related: Additional experimental results of JVET-N0187 (CE9-2.2)

Abstract
In this contribution, the additional experiments are reported which relate to CE9-2.2. It’s introduced that the implementation is modified to get decoder speed up, and this modification is only software implementation and non-normative change. The decoding time was measured using the same bit streams as CE9-2.2. The decoding time is reported that 99% and 99% for CE9-2.2a and CE9-2.2b. For coding efficiency, it’s the same as JVET-N0187
