Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking CE1-5.5 (JVET-N0074) proposed by Mediatek. The CE1-5.5 test simplifies the local illumination compensation (LIC) based on CE1-5.3. The verification task was done, and the BD-rate results match exactly with those in CE1-5.5 (JVET-N0074).
