Crosscheck of JVET-N0286 (CE4-related: Simplified coding of the BPWA index)

Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-N0286 proposed by Technicolor. JVET-N0286 proposes to simplify entropy coding the BCW (bi-prediction with CU-based weighting) index using the regular mode only for the bin index equal to 0. The verification task has been completed. It is found that the BD-rates results match exactly with those in JVET-N0286.
