CE5-related: Clean up of the context model initialization process for CE5.1.5 and CE5.1.6
Abstract
This documents presents a clean up of the context model initialization process of the state-based probability estimator from tests CE5.1.5 and CE5.1.6 of CE5. Preliminary average coding gains of the proposed method are -0.01%(AI), x.x%(RA), -0.10%(LB) and -0.11%(LP) relative to CE5.1.5 and -0.01%(AI), -0.03%(RA), -0.14%(LB) and 0.01%(LP) relative to CE5.1.6.
