Crosscheck of JVET-M0542 (Non-CE8: Combination of Multi Hypothesis Intra and CPR mode)

Abstract
The cross-checker reports that the source code provided by Tencent was carefully analysed and found to be consistent with the description in JVET-M0542. The cross checker could exactly reproduce the results reported in JVET- M0542 as the “proposed technique”. The measured encoder and decoder run time ratios are similar to those reported in JVET-M0542.
