The document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-M0411 proposed by Tencent. JVET-M0411 proposes not to signal the following inter coding related flags in condition that the current picture is the only reference picture for a slice. Specifically, subblock merge flag, affine flag, mmvd flag and intra-inter flag are not signalled. The verification task was done, and the BD-rate results match exactly with those in JVET-M0411 in AI case, and have minor difference in RA case because of a CPR-related bug in VTM-3.0. The encoding time percentages and decoding time percentages are not trustable.
