Crosscheck of JVET-M0528 (Non-CE3: A unified luma intra mode list construction process)

Abstract
This contribution reports crosscheck results of JVET-M0528(A unified luma intra mode list construction process). It is reported that the proposed method provides an average luma BD rate performance of -0.07% AI, x.xx% RA, x.xx% LDB with 100%/101% AI, xxx%/xxx% RA, xxx%/xxx% LDB encoding/decoding time over VTM-3.0.
