Crosscheck of JVET-M0482 (CE6-related: Implicit transform selection for Multi-hypothesis inter-intra mode)

Abstract
The cross checker reports that the source code provided by NHK who proposes JVET-M0482 has been carefully analysed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-M0482. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-M0482. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-M0482 is acceptable.
